Terrible USB-PD charging performance -- unstable. I am a backyard solar panel guru...my main array has 10,000w in panels. I have done custom installs. All I wanted was to charge my Samsung Galaxy S20+ phone in "super fast charging" mode. I connected a high power PD cable to the panel in full sun and to the phone. The power delivery is UNSTABLE. I checked the phone's battery status monitor and it clicks on/off. No solar panel shading. Swapped cords, same thing. Swapped phones, same thing. So, I rigged up an automotive style USB-PD socket to the solar panel's 18v 5.5mm output jack. Guess what happened? Smooth PD "super fast charging" connecting it this way.
SO, my conclusion is that this panel's onboard microchip USB-PD circuity is pure junk. However, the 18v 5.5mm jack seems to work smooth and stable.

Works Great, I tried it in full sun and had no problem using a usb battery charger, charging a radio and my phone at the same time.
I bought this to charge my Ryobi 1800 Watt Inverter Generator. It works, but I have never seen more than 40 Watts come from it even in perfect sun. For the price, I am happy with it.
Preparing for a long camping trip and wanted solar power to charge small battery bank 250/350w. First attempt with DC input was a waste of solar energy and 60w was convertered down to about 5v. Took all day to get 50% charge. Second attempt with usb c cable. Success! You get almost the full 60w. Cut charge time down to 6 hrs. Also charged my phone in 1hr. Great little emergency kit and very convenient! I think I am hooked.

If you primarily need to charge small devices like smartphones, drones, etc., and require a power supply for up to 2 days while emphasizing portability, then Lum Power 300 would be an excellent choice. If you wish to expand the range of charging devices to the extent of boiling water or need power for 3-4 days continuously, then Lum Power 600 might be what you need. However, if you want to power most large appliances, Lum Power 1000 would be the suitable option.
